Your name, phone number, address, travel dates and pet details are collected by text. Care instructions, vet and emergency contacts, and key, lockbox and gate-code details are collected in person at the meet-and-greet before your first stay.

We use your information solely to:

• Confirm and manage your appointment
• Send SMS updates about your booking
• Provide house and pet sitting at your home
• Respond to your inquiries

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. SMS Communications

By texting us, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking. Our SMS program is operated in partnership with Mystique AI, our booking and messaging platform. Your phone number is used exclusively for service communications.
